Signing in to ibot on mobile and desktop

Your ibot account works across all devices. Sign in on the web at ibot.onl or download the ibot mobile app for Android or iOS. Your session is tied to your device; if you sign in from a new location or browser, we may ask for additional verification for security.

If you forget your password

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login form. Enter your registered email address. We send a reset link valid for 24 hours. Click it, choose a new password, and sign in. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

After you sign in, you can enable 2FA in your account settings. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy) and SMS codes sent to your registered phone number. 2FA adds a security layer; if someone has your password, they still cannot access your account without your phone or authenticator.

Account access from different locations

If you sign in from a new city or country, we may flag it as unusual and ask you to verify. This protects you from unauthorized access. Verification is quick: we send a code to your email or phone. Enter it and you are signed in. This is normal security practice on ibot.
