ibot Terms of Use
When you create an account on our ibot platform, you agree to these terms. They set out how we operate, what you can do, what we expect from you, and how disputes are resolved. We keep them straightforward so there's no confusion about rights and responsibilities on either side.
Our ibot terms cover account registration, deposits and withdrawals, game rules, bonus policies, account suspension or closure, liability limits, and jurisdiction notices. They apply to all users in all regions where we offer services. If anything is unclear, our support team can explain specific sections in plain language.
Services on our ibot platform are available only where local law permits access to online gaming and sports betting. Users are responsible for verifying that their use of ibot complies with their own jurisdiction's regulations.
Account Registration and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You agree not to open multiple accounts under different names or identities. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person or payment method, we reserve the right to close all such accounts and withhold any balances. You also agree not to use ibot to launder money, fund illegal activities, or evade sanctions. We monitor for these behaviors and report suspected violations to relevant authorities.

Deposits and Withdrawals on ibot
Our ibot platform accepts deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). When you deposit, funds transfer to your ibot account balance within minutes. You can then use this balance across our games, sportsbook, and live-dealer tables. Deposits are final—we do not refund them unless you mistakenly deposited to the wrong account, in which case you must contact our support team within seven days with proof.

Our liability to you is limited. We are not responsible for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities) arising from your use of ibot. If you suffer direct harm due to our platform's negligence or breach, your sole remedy is a refund of deposits made within 30 days prior to the harm. We cannot be liable for more than this amount. Our ibot platform is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure. We do our best—we monitor systems, patch vulnerabilities, maintain backups—but no online platform is non-specific info secure or available. You use ibot at your own risk. By creating an account, you accept these limitations.
Account Suspension and Closure
We reserve the right to suspend or close your ibot account if we suspect:
- Fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- Terms-of-use violation (e.g., multiple accounts, password sharing).
- Unusual betting patterns (e.g., coordinated bets across multiple accounts or markets that suggest market manipulation).
- Payment method issues (e.g., chargebacks, disputed transactions).
- Regulatory or licensing concerns in your jurisdiction.
If we suspend your account, we will notify you via email and provide a reason where legally permissible. You may appeal the decision through our support process. If we close your account permanently, any remaining balance will be held in escrow for 90 days pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed, we will refund the balance to your payment method. If a violation is confirmed, we may forfeit the balance or donate it to a third-party charity. You cannot re-open a closed account under a different name.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Our ibot platform operates in multiple jurisdictions. Services are available only where local law permits. It is your responsibility to verify that access to and use of ibot complies with your jurisdiction's regulations. We do not offer services in jurisdictions where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by law.
These ibot terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of our company's home courts for any dispute arising from your use of ibot. However, if your local law forbids such submission, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation as permitted by your jurisdiction.
We may update these ibot terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of ibot after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account and request a refund of any unspent balance (subject to our refund policy).
